PM Modi to lay foundation of bullet train along with Japan PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese PM Shinzo Abe will lay the foundation of Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train. During the visit of Shinzo Abe to India next month, the foundation stone of the bullet train will be laid in Ahmedabad.

This high-speed train (MAHSR) that runs between Mumbai-Ahmedabad is expected to start from 2023. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu informed about this in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.

Memorandum was signed in 2015 about the bullet train between the two countries. Under this, a proposal to run a train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad on the lines of a bullet train that runs between Kobe from Tokyo in Japan was approved. In November 2016, PM Modi traveled on this bullet train during his Japan tour. The technology of the same train will be used in India.

The Supreme Court has reserved its verdict while hearing the Right to Privacy ie Right to Privacy is a fundamental right or not. The matter was heard in front of the Constitutional Bench of nine judges on Wednesday.

Presenting the plea of bringing privacy to the realm of fundamental rights, it was said that privacy is a bouquet of many rights. It is argued that all these rights can not be protected by legislative and general laws. Therefore, privacy is considered to be the fundamental right.

Earlier on Tuesday, on behalf of the Central Government, during the hearing on the issue, Additional Solicitor General Tushar Mehta had said that today’s time is digital, with nothing left to Right to privacy. Tushar Mehta had told the Supreme Court that the Central Government has constituted a Committee of ten people under the chairmanship of retired Judge Justice BN Srikrishna, to make laws for the protection of common people. He told the court that the CEO of UIDAI has been kept in the committee. At the same time, the Gujarat government has argued that the right to privacy should not be brought under Article 21.

Officials said that strict action would be taken against the negligence that happened, because of this there could be a big accident. After the engine got out, the train was dispatched quite a while later.

A senior government official said on Wednesday that India has not reduced the number of troops in Doklam. This has contradicted China’s claim that there is a reduction in Indian troops at the tri junction.

Chinese foreign ministry said that number of Indian troops was reduced to forty (40) by end of July from four hundred (400) in June. However, Indian sources said that there are around 350 army personals posted currently in the Doklam area for the last six weeks.

Hyperloop is a medium through which long distances can be covered in just a few minutes. But right now it is just a concept. However, American company Tesla and Space X has joined hands to make this concept a reality. Hyperloop consists of a series of tubes of seal through which people can travel from place to place without any friction and obstruction of air. It will be a bit like a train.

Alen Musk, the founder of Tesla introduced the concept of Hyperloop in 2012 and since then the project has been in progress. Tesla authorities want to bring this project to India and claims that it can cover the distance between Delhi and Mumbai just in an hour. But the Indian government has not approved it yet.

For a year, the company did a low-speed test of the Hyperloop, but it was finally done with its testing speed. On July 29, prototype pod of Hyperloop forest was released in the test tube of 500 meters. During testing, Hyper Loop One caught the speed of approximately 309 kilometers per hour. The company claims that this is the fastest Hyperloop test ever.

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, who was honored with Padma Vibhushan has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he is undergoing treatment in ICU. He was admitted to the hospital after he complained of a problem in the kidney.

According to a doctor at Lilavati Hospital, he is in ICU now and he has kidney problems. A second doctor also confirmed that he has a problem in the kidney and many tests are going on. The doctors will be able to give further information by morning. He was admitted to the hospital at 12 o’clock today.

Secret Superstar is the story of a young Muslim girl who aspires to be a singer but his father does not like it. To make her dreams come true, she uploads her own singing video by wearing a burqa on YouTube, which becomes viral and from there starts her journey towards the realization of her dream.
