Hello, friends, we are back with another biography. This time we are here with the biography of one the most talented dancer and one of the most paid artists of b-town, well stop imagining your favorite dancer and is so, because the concerned person just not a dancer but also a fitness freak. Hey, wait! She is not even Bipasha Basu because he Mr. Ribbed of B-town as and one of the coolest dude.
Yeah, we are talking about none other than Hrithik Roshan, son of famous filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and ex-husband of an Indian interior designer Sussanne Khan daughter of actor Sanjay Khan.
Roshan is 43-year-old Indian actor who is active in the industry since the early 80s as a child artist and later he got a chance to work as a lead artist in Kaho Na Pyar hai against Amisha Patel. Now let us have a look at his lifespan.

Early Life

Mr. bang-bang was born on 10 January 1974 to Mumbai-based Punjabi family, who are having a good name in the Bollywood industry as well, both his parents were having well-settled roots in B-town. His dad Mr. Rakesh Roshan was not just a famous actor of 70’s but also a son of a well famous music director Roshanlal Nagrath when we turn the table towards Pinky Rakesh Roshan, mother of Hrithik then she is the daughter of producer and director Jay Om Prakash who is having blockbuster hits such as Aakhir Kyon in his accounts and he helped him in enhancing Roshan as well. Apart from parents, Roshan is also having an elder sister Sunaina Roshan.
Roshan has done his schooling from Bombay Scottish School and he has received a graduation degree in commerce from Sydenham College.

Initial Days

Well till as of now Roshan’s life seems to very cool and wow types of, which nearly everyone dreams of but this full of legacy childhood was not as easy as it appears, Roshan has faced a lot of difficulties during his school going days.
We all know that he is a six fingered person and this seems to very normal or I should say it doesn’t fall in a noticing spectrum but many years back it was not cool as of now and because of having an extra thumb in the right hand he was being isolated by his fellow peers and in addition to this when he was just six he used to stammer a lot, which was also a reason of being isolated. Roshan was so scared of his disorder he always used to feigned injury and illness for sake of avoiding his oral tests and none can create fun of him as well.
Though it was going dark for him at the age of six on one side but on the other side his maternal grandfather Prakash bought some light to his life as I said earlier that he helped him a lot to grow and this is so because he offered him a dance in his movie Aasha and also he paid Roshan a sum of 100 rupees for his work.
Well, it was a staring miracle are left to be undone for Roshan. Soon a daily speech therapist helped him to overpower his stammering and also he started appearing in the movies as a child sensation. When he turned twelve he a got a chance for a dialogue delivery as well. If you have seen movies of 80’s then I hope you remember Bhagwaan Dada a movie of late 80’s then dear readers you have also remembered the young and adopted child, yeah correct……… he was none other than Roshan where has shared the screen with Govinda.
All these happing effects Roshan so well that he decided to work as a full-time actor but his father wanted him to study well. So he decided to assist his father and he really did that stuff so well.
While pursuing his graduation he used to take part in all the dance and music fest held in his college and simultaneously time he had assisted his dad in his four movies Karan Arjun, King Uncle, Khudgarz and Koyla along with sweeping the floor and making tea for the crew. You will be amazed to know that once pack up for the day is done he judge his acting skills by filming shoots of SRK on himself. He has also learned professional acting as a mentee under his mentor Kishore Namit Kapoor.
Meanwhile destiny has also turned the table again and when he was some twenty or so he has been diagnosed with scoliosis due to which he can neither dance nor perform any kind of stunts and at initial stages being divested because of all this happened he decided to become an actor but being a brave soul he decided to fight with the mess and he won too.

The first break

Almost every one of us knows that Roshan has first appeared in Kaho Na Pyar hai and even I have also mentioned that too but readers it was his first movie where he worked as a lead character.
Do you know that the first break which he got was actually in Tara Rum Pum Pum. Oh, wait it was not that 2007, Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee starrer Tara Rum Pum Pum, it was actually Shekhar Kapur’s Tara Rum Pum Pum in which he was opposite to Preity Zinta but due to certain reasons this movie has been canceled.
As I wrote destiny always plans something interesting and so that is why Kaho Na Pyar hai has come with a twist, this was just only his first debut as the lead character but also as a double role one of Rohit and one of Raj. Rohit was an orphan poor guy who was passionate about music and wants to be a successful singer as well and his life was full of struggle and on the other hand we were having Raj a rich NRI and both the characters are totally different from each other.
Since it was his first movie as a lead then he don’t want any kind of leakiness and so thus for become physically fit and muscular he approached Salman Khan to train him harder he can and in addition to this he has also taken lessons for acting, singing, dancing, fencing, riding and everything he can learn.
Well, the story doesn’t end here because on the best part of the movie was this that, it was a highest grossing movie of 2000 with global revenues of some USD 9.2 million. Once the movie was released critics has acclaimed Roshan’s performance very much and on a personnel level, I too loved his work as well and the end of the day his hard work pays him. He has been awarded as Best Male Debut and Actor at the IIFA awards and Zee Cine awards as well and this glory made him the first actor who have won both Best Male Debut and Best Actor awards simultaneously at IIFA.
Then he added another hit Fizza in his account. It was Khalid Mohammed’s crime drama movie which portrays that can a young boy become a terrorist after facing riots. We can also say that it was based on the famous Bombay riots of early 90’s. In this movie, he had worked with the leading ladies of B-Town, Karisma Kapoor and Jaya Bachchan which helped him a lot to expand his skills.
For the next consecutive two years, he had earned a good success and glory along with a working experience of very famous stars of their time such as Sanjay Dutt, Preity Zinta, Jackie Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and much more.
In 2002 he reunited with Ameesha Patel in Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage, a romantic movie by Vikram Bhatt. Which was failed at box office and this was like an initial point from where his graph has started falling because after this he did few more movies in the same year but all were quite a flop show at box office due to which critics have stated this a demolishing point for his career by stating him as a one-trick pony.
Now it was 2003, one new year along with a new success for him. He has been signed for Koi Mill Gaya to play the role of Rohit Mehra, a young boy who couldn’t mentally developed well and not even physically well but one fine day he meet with an unnatural organism who undo all his false and lifts his development to that stage where the development of boys of his age group are lying.
In 2004 he again reunited with Amitabh Bachchan and Preity Zinta in Lakshay by Farhan Akhtar based on 1999 Kargil war. He portrayed a role of a carefree and fun loving boy turned into a serious and a dedicated army officer. He had also played an item number for the same movie, “Main aisa kyu hun” choreographed by Prabha Deva.
From now his career track was going on a fine path till 2006 when he signed for the Dhoom 2, sequel of Dhoom a movie based on a gang of master thieves who stole valuable products and gets invisible.
In this movie, he worked with Aishwarya Rai, Bipasha Basu, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra. This movie was a classy blast in the B-Town and has given Roshan his third Filmfare Award for Best Actor as well as it’s a coincidence or what but this movie was also a highest grossing ever. In 2007 he appeared in multi starrer cameo in Farah Khan’s melodrama Om Shanti Om.
In 2008 he again reunited with Aishwarya Rai in Jodhaa Akbar by Ashutosh Gowariker based on the marriage of Mughal emperor and a Rajputani princess Jodha Bai and again his magic wand works and his movie gave him his fourth Filmfare Best Actor along with a bonus of best actor in Golden Minbar International Film Festival, which is an International Award platform.

Personal life

Roshan married an interior designer Sussane Khan in 2000 in a private ceremony held by them in Bangalore turned to Bengaluru now. Even being from two different religions they both value each other’s beliefs and theory. They love story took the next step in 2006 when they had a son Hrehaan and in 2008 they got a brother to play with him, Hridhaan.
