Hi, today is Friday and we are here again with the latest review of action thriller film “Shivaay”. Ajay Devgan always produces masala popcorn entertainment films and his latest produced and directed film, Shivaay is a new practical project of his life. Ajay Devgn in lead role and Sayesha Saigal (Dilip Kumar’s grand-niece) is making her debut with this film. After U me aur hum, Shivaay is Ajay Devgn’s second film as director.

Story Line of Shivaay

The storyline of Shivaay revolves around the Ajay Devgan as Shivaay and his Daughter. Shivaay is an innocent man who consumes bhaang like Lord Shiva. Some young college students join Shivaay for a mountaineering mission. Among the students, a Bulgarian girl Olga (Erikka Kaar) falls in love with Shivaay and lives with Shivaay in India. Unfortunately, she returns to Bulgaria and leaves her daughter behind. Then the dad-daughter decided to go Bulgaria to meet Olga. Want to know After that what happens, what will happen, must watch film Shivaay. It is an overall good entertainer but along with Ajay Devgan made a new thought of the characteristics of Shivaay. Every person searches for strength outside, but it is inside us. If we try to find it ‘Har Har Mahadev’, every person is Mahadev.” This is a secret behind the untold story of Shivaay.

Shivaay will remind you Vin Diesel’s xXx, Vertical Limit or The Dark Knight Rises. Overall it a mixture of Hollywood movies but Devgan added the emotional drama of Bollywood. When you think it’s about to touch a logical end, another twist comes into sight. It keeps dragging in search of an end. In the closing shot of Shivaay, debutant actress Sayyeshaa Saigal  says, “I don’t know what to say. I am at a loss for words.” audience too somewhat feel the same after watching Shivaay.

Ajay Devgan gave good stunts.

A bare-chested trekker is lying on top of a mountain. The white snow in the background makes us notice his prominent tattoos and still a warm smoke pipe. Panoramic aerial views give us  feeling of the beautiful place, and a question rears its head: Why didn’t they make it in 3D Stereoscopic?

Special Effects:

As compared to Bollywood VFX quality, Shivaay’s Visual Graphics are good. Animation and visual effects of India are improving day by day, Ajay Devgan’s own Production house NY VFXWAALA  is giving special effects in Shivaay. Apart from the thrilling story and Ajay’s action flicks, the VFX sequences grab your attention as you enter the world of Shivaay. The creation of snow mountains, snow storms, blasts and various action stunts look quite impressive. Some of the VFX and CGI creation in terms of the snow or fire is awesome in few sequences. Sabu Cyril who is the mastermind behind the design of the VFX heavy Baahubali is working as production designer.
